Found People

Found People is an Australian recruitment, talent sourcing and selection company with its head office in Brisbane, Queensland. It specialises in sourcing talent nationally across the construction lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through to fit-out. Its sectors include engineering, construction, audio visual and ICT, steel manufacturing and building supplies, and it fills permanent, fixed-term, contract and temporary roles across Australia.

Clients can use it for individual assignments or for short to long-term recruitment strategies with multiple assignments. It also runs executive search for permanent roles and interim management assignments at C-level, and says it has completed global search assignments when the local talent pool is bare. Roles it recruits for include CEO, engineering manager and construction manager positions.

The company was founded by experienced recruitment consultants. Anthony Alexandre and James Humphries are its directors and principal consultants, and Humphries reports two decades of executive search experience in construction and engineering, finance and professional services. Found People also runs Get a Grad, a free, not for profit service matching graduates with their first job.
