FOUND Careers

FOUND Careers is a recruitment agency specialising in the built environment, connecting job seekers with employers across architecture, engineering and construction. It works with candidates at all levels of experience and says it aims to connect diverse talent with employers. Its roles include BIM and information management positions as well as architecture roles, and its clients include architecture studios, contractors and consultancies.

The company was launched in 2020 by its founder, Jason Claxton, to address a lack of diversity in the built environment. Before that he spent ten years helping studios in architecture and construction with their recruitment needs, in the UK and globally. In 2022 he also helped launch Found Futures, a charity that gives young people insights into the architecture and design industry.

The company also publishes a salary guide, a guide to writing a CV and market trend guides.
