Foster Lawson

Foster Lawson is an executive search firm that recruits in the manufacturing, infrastructure, construction and life science sectors. It describes a relationship-based approach aimed at long-term search solutions for both clients and candidates, and recruits for roles from field positions to senior executives.

The firm is organised into divisions, including General Contracting and Heavy Civil. It says its General Contracting Division has a presence across the US, with executive placements on healthcare, commercial and life sciences projects. Its Heavy Civil work includes a Northeastern Civil and Utility Division and a California Transportation team. Its vertical construction team says it has been active for over four years, covering commercial, healthcare, residential and advanced technology work.

Patrick Foster, who previously led the Construction Division at another search firm, founded Foster Lawson and is its Managing Director. The firm has an office in Leeds, England.
