The Foster Group

The Foster Group is a legal search firm that places partners, counsel and associates at law firms. It works with law firms and corporations and says it has long-standing relationships with Managing Partners, Hiring Partners and Heads of Recruitment.

Michelle Foster founded the firm after leaving what she describes as the largest legal search firm in the world, and she is its Managing Partner. It has offices in New York and Miami.

With attorneys, the firm takes a career-counselling approach and provides market updates, along with details on a law firm's culture, the position and the search process. For clients, it runs targeted and tailored searches for legal professionals. The team says it has decades of experience in the legal market.
