Forward Teaching

Forward Teaching is an education recruitment consultancy based in London. It supplies schools in London, Kent and South-East England with permanent and temporary staff, and offers a job matching service, emergency cover and intervention teachers who specialise in raising attainment.

The agency works with both schools looking for staff and education professionals looking for roles. It recruits teachers, including primary supply teachers and KS1 and KS2 class teachers, as well as teaching assistants, SEN teaching assistants and cover supervisors. It welcomes graduates who want to get into teaching as well as newly qualified teachers, and says it pays candidates in line with the school's main pay scale where applicable.

It operates from branches in Bromley, Dartford and central London.
