Fortitude Partnership is a recruitment and training business based in Singapore and Indonesia that trades under the line Not Just Recruitment. It is a dedicated group of Partners with over 50 years of collective, discipline specific experience, providing what it calls the highest level of recruitment and training service. The firm has shunned the idea of fixed working hours and days, believing it can deliver excellent service from any location, so its Partners and Associates deliver best in market recruitment solutions to clients at a time and place of their own choosing. Its Partners carry no targets or KPIs, which Fortitude Partnership says allows them to concentrate on putting the client and the candidate at the centre of everything it does. The partnership describes itself as externally focused on quality rather than internally focused on volume of activity, and it concentrates solely on finding exceptional talent and ensuring their ongoing development.

Hospitality and hospitality training are the expertise areas the firm sets out on its site, alongside a stated corporate social responsibility commitment. Its Partners work on a discipline specific basis, so each search is handled by someone who covers that field rather than by a generalist desk.

The partnership works from 120 Robinson Road and from 10 Anson Road at International Plaza in Singapore, with an Indonesian office in Kuta Utara in the Badung regency of Bali, and a further presence at Reef Tower in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai. Since 2018 Fortitude Partnership has federated with Future Manager World, a global federated corporation whose business model originates in the United States, where it is frequently applied. In the three years to 28 February 2023, Future Manager and its entities around the world worked with more than 7,000 clients, of which 23 per cent were global clients, 27 per cent international clients and the remaining 50 per cent local clients. Clients choose the firm for its argument that results, rather than the centuries old traditions of the workplace, should be the ultimate goal.
