Fortice

Fortice is an independent recruitment consultancy based in Bristol. It partners with organisations across technology and consulting, and its team works on national security projects that require SC/DV clearance.

The company says its experience was formed in security cleared technical recruitment and now covers the wider public sector, as well as technology markets in the private sector. It offers permanent recruitment and contract recruitment. On the contract side, it supports people moving into contracting for the first time, including setting up their own company and IR35. Its clients include tech scale-ups and consulting practices building SC/DV cleared teams.

Fortice says it has delivered security cleared retainers and staffed entire projects for clients. James Para is Managing Director and Alex Rosengren is a Director.
