Forsyth Barnes

Forsyth Barnes is a recruitment firm that places mid-level to executive candidates in eTail, FinTech and Sports and Entertainment. It was founded in London in 2016 by Roheel Ahmad and Scott Parsons, and says it has never accepted external funding. It reports a team of over 70 people, and the founders split the company's equity equally between themselves and the whole team.

The firm works with global brands, scaling start-ups and established enterprises. It says it operates through partnerships rather than one-off transactions, and combines relationship building with investment in AI and technology. Its services include Key Hire, Multi Hire and Contract recruitment, as well as Purpose, a product that lets it act as an extension of a client's team.

Forsyth Barnes has offices in London, New York City, Nottingham and Dubai. It says the Financial Times has recognised it as one of the fastest growing businesses in Europe.
