Forshay

Forshay is a talent and team services firm that works with growth-stage companies on executive search, interim talent, team performance and AI transformation advisory. Sally Thornton founded it in 2011 to connect Bay Area companies with talent, and she leads it as Founder and CEO.

Forshay began as an interim placement firm and added executive search in 2014. Its executive search work covers CFO, COO and CPO roles, People leadership positions across talent, compensation, learning and culture, and VP and Director hires. Interim talent can be full-time, fractional or project-based. The firm says it specialises in People/HR, Finance and Operations, and that its team has been together for over 15 years.

Its team performance work ranges from change management to leadership development, and it also advises organisations on human-centred AI transformation.
