Forces Recruitment Solutions Group Ltd is a London recruitment agency that places ex-military candidates into civilian employment. It works with people leaving the Armed Forces and those who have already left, from the Army, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force and Royal Marines, and with the employers who hire them.

Its work is mainly management roles in engineering, logistics, project management, general management, operations management and health and safety management, though it says it will consider other roles where veterans can add value. Candidates go through a six-stage interview process that includes behavioural assessments, and the company reports that 95% of those it places are still in post after 12 months.

Graham Brown, a Gulf War veteran who is now Managing Director, set up the business in 2001. The company says it was the first commercial recruitment agency to place servicemen and women of all ranks and services, and that it has helped over 10,000 veterans into work.
