Footprintlegal

Footprintlegal is a specialist legal recruitment agency based in London. It works with lawyers who are looking to move and with employers hiring lawyers, and it works with law firms in Milan and Rome.

For lawyers, it offers CV drafting and interview preparation for junior lawyers and business plan drafting for law firm partners. It says it approaches law firm managing partners and heads of legal as well as HR departments, sends CVs only with prior consent and can be contacted outside office hours.

For employers, it provides either a straightforward recruitment selection package or a more in-depth research service, and says it interviews every candidate before presenting them. It also assists with law firm mergers, from initial advice on possible merger partners through approaching potential targets to finalising negotiations, and compiles associate salary surveys and partner due diligence reports.
