Its recruitment is grouped into four areas. Product Development covers roles such as Head of Food/NPD, R&D Manager, Packaging Manager and Development Chef. Quality and Technical includes Quality/QA Manager, Regulatory Compliance Manager, Sustainability Manager and Food Technologist. Operations covers Factory Manager, Production Manager, Engineering Manager and Supply Chain Manager. It also carries out executive search for Technical, NPD/Innovation, Quality, R&D and Operations Directors, Chief Marketing Officers and other C-suite executives.

The company is based in London. Its founder, Tom, has over 15 years of experience recruiting in the FMCG sector, it says, with a focus on senior-level NPD, Technical and Operational roles, and draws on a network built over more than a decade.
