Flynn and Chase is a recruitment firm that places candidates in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, strategy consulting and trading across Europe. It fills roles from Associate to Managing Director level, and works with employers seeking hires as well as professionals looking for positions in the European investment sector.

The firm has offices in London, at Canary Wharf, and in Barcelona. It describes its approach as AI-powered and human-led, with technology used to identify candidates who are open to new opportunities and people making the final judgement. It says it manages the whole recruitment process for clients and, on average, presents targeted CVs within three days of receiving a vacancy.

Flynn and Chase reports a pool of more than 25,000 pre-vetted candidates, and says 90% of its placements come from passive candidates in its own network.
