Flux Talent is an IT recruitment agency based in Australia that specialises in permanent and contract roles in IT and Digital. It works with employers building agile software delivery teams, and with job seekers in the field.

For employers, it sources and screens candidates from its network. For candidates, it matches them to roles and helps refine their CVs before they are put forward. The company was founded by Chris Dixon, a tech recruiter who has spent over a decade recruiting in the IT industry in Australia. He began in agencies and later moved in-house as a tech recruiter at ThoughtWorks. The company says it has more than 15 years of experience in the field.
