Flexx Personeelsdiensten provides personeelsdiensten voor vakmensen, and it offers five services around that: payrollen, uitzenden, werving en selectie, ZZP-bemiddeling and vakantiewerk. It supplies both permanent and temporary work, on a payroll, uitzend or ZZP basis, so a tradesperson can choose the contract form that suits them. The company is characterised by a personal way of working. It talks to each candidate in person about where their ambitions lie and what they actually want, then looks for an opdrachtgever with matching work, and every vakkracht is assigned their own contact person for work related questions. Pay is accurate and on time, in line with the branche-CAO and the inlenersbeloning, which means a Flexx worker earns and receives the same as the client staff doing the same job, and the individual chooses weekly, four weekly or monthly payment. The company also promises equality in the workplace, expert tailored advice on legislation and regulations, and it publishes its certification and downloads.

Its branches are all in the technical trades: Bouw, Grond-, Weg- en Waterbouw (GWW), Installatietechniek, Metaal and Schilders, each with its own Flexx desk. Roles advertised include a meewerkend voorman for a leading vastgoedonderhoud company, onderhoudstimmerman and allround timmerman positions, betonreparateur work covering floor repairs, coatings and injection work, and onderhoudsschilders for painting in the private market. The company states it is urgently looking for skilled allround timmermannen.

Flexx recruits in The Hague, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Naaldwijk, Hoek van Holland, Middelburg and the wider Randstad, and candidates can filter vacancies by place, by branche and by fulltime or parttime.
