Flex-in

Flex-in is a Dutch staffing agency that places people in transport, construction, logistics and production work. It says it has been matching workers with employers since 2006. The roles it recruits for include lorry drivers, among them CE drivers, carpenters, tilers and other construction workers, production staff, and warehouse and logistics employees.

Flex-in works with both jobseekers and employers. Candidates are given a single permanent contact person, can choose between temporary and permanent work, full time or part time, and can be paid weekly or every four weeks. For employers it supplies flexible and long-term staff, offers payroll services, and invests in training and guidance where needed. It says it is fully certified, including to NEN standards, and works under the collective agreement of the Nederlandse Bond van Bemiddelings- en Uitzendondernemingen.

The company has offices in Zaandam, Emmen and Rijen in the Netherlands, and one office in Poland. Tom Dijkhuis is its general director and a partner.
