About the Agency
Flaunt Talent is a recruitment business that places graduates and early career talent in the media, advertising and marketing industries. It says its process looks at the competencies needed for long term success in the industry, and that it places importance on more than a candidate's resume. Its Discovery Days bring clients and candidates together, which it says helps employers make more informed hiring decisions.
The roles it fills include strategy and planning, trading and investment, sales, client management and technology. It also has a section for experienced media professionals. After placement, each candidate is paired with an industry leader who acts as coach and mentor, and the company says coaching and mentorship continue through the first year.
Flaunt Talent is based in North Sydney. It was founded by Bec, who has 15 years in the media industry in Sydney and London and a background in graduate recruitment.
