FJWilson is a UK recruitment business that works with membership organisations, awarding bodies, regulators, learning providers and charities. It recruits specialist and senior staff, as well as board chairs and trustees, across the UK.

Its services cover retained search, permanent recruitment, and temporary, contract and interim recruitment. It offers on- and off-payroll solutions, meaning candidates for permanent and fixed-term roles as well as temporary and interim workers.

FJWilson was founded in 2009 by Managing Director Fiona Wilson, who previously worked at Adecco, Kelly Services and Hobsons. The company says its growth has been financed from its trading surpluses rather than through debt or external investment. Its work is organised in three teams: account management, search, and administration and communication. It operates as a virtual company, with all team members home-based in the UK.
