fishtank

fishtank is a boutique recruitment consultancy that specialises in fintech. It describes itself as people-led and works as a recruitment partner to fintech companies, dealing with both client businesses and candidates.

The company was founded in 2003, and Ellie O'Neill is its founder and CEO. It says it values quality over quantity and aims to build long-standing business relationships. It gets to know a client's company, culture and needs, then works with them at each stage of the hiring process.

fishtank has an office in Bristol and another in Mallorca, where Owen O'Neill is responsible for building the team. Consultants based in Bristol can hot desk in the Mallorca office for a few weeks, and the company operates a hybrid working model.
