First Temporary

First Temporary is a temporary staffing business with its main office in Chicago. It supplies employers with temporary workers, whether for short-term cover or to try an employee before hiring full time.

For clients, it sources candidates based on job fit, experience, accreditations and personality, then pre-screens and interviews them. Where a role needs it, it assesses candidates on knowledge of their trade, software, writing and personality. It also runs background checks and calls candidates' references.

George Demos is Managing Partner, and Helena Peszek is First Temporary Manager.
