Fireseeds

Fireseeds is a retained executive search firm based in Birmingham, Alabama, serving clients across the United States. It works with purpose-driven companies in construction, home services and restoration, and electrical engineering. It recruits CEOs, COOs, CFOs and operations leaders, as well as general managers, vice presidents of operations and directors of preconstruction and estimating.

Each search is an exclusive engagement for one leadership role, and the firm says it re-runs the search if the placement does not work out within the agreed period. It says more than 90% of the executives it places are passive candidates whom it approached directly, and it reports 1,106 leaders placed across 38 states. It says it has spent nearly fifteen years finding leaders for these companies.

The firm was founded by Cord Sachs. Its sister company, Wildsparq, is an online platform for developing leaders.
