Fintelligent

Fintelligent is a search firm specialising in the recruitment and retention of talent in the Legal and Financial Services sectors. It also names Real Estate Finance and Commercial Finance as specialist sectors, and offers hiring packages that range from executive search to volume requirements. It has offices in London, New York and Manchester and says it operates globally.

In legal recruitment it works with US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle and international law firms in the UK, and it says it also matches lawyers with law firms across the United States, Europe and beyond. In Real Estate Finance it works for banks, debt funds and private equity firms. For financial services businesses it provides candidate attraction and retention solutions.

The firm says it uses technology and data-led insights to reach passive, hard-to-find talent. It also advises clients, or works on a consultancy basis, on staff retention and employer brand.
