Finiti Search is a recruitment agency that places sales staff with Fintech companies. It recruits for growth roles ranging from sales executives and account directors to sales leaders such as Chief Revenue Officers, and also fills channel and partnerships, presales and country manager positions. It often works with start-ups to hire their first salesperson, or the head of a new office or region.

The company was founded in 2007 by Kate Sharland and Alison Power, and describes itself as female founded and run, with a small team of Fintech specialists. It is headquartered in London and says it works with clients in the UK, EMEA, APAC and North America. It says clients work directly with its founders during the hiring process, and that it works on contingency. Alison Power leads the resourcing function, which includes headhunting.
