FindusFinds is a Hamburg based Personalberatung that sells active sourcing as a service on demand. Its proposition is simple: clients pay only for conversations with qualified applicants, at a fixed price. The process begins when the client sends over its job descriptions, which FindusFinds experts review thoroughly before returning a detailed estimate of how many potential candidates they can identify for that position. Specialists then use advanced algorithms to search business platforms for suitable talent and contact them exclusively on the client's behalf. Where a candidate is interested, the team collects salary expectations and CVs and runs an additional qualification check, and only the selected, qualified applicants are presented. A one off success fee falls due only after that selection phase, and weekly reporting is provided so the client has complete transparency. FindusFinds names five service areas: Digital, IT, Industrie, Academics and Sales, with further areas available on request.
