Findrs

Findrs is a recruitment agency that works with AI start-ups. It recruits AI Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Researchers, the last group covering research scientists, research engineers and applied scientists. It says it approaches people who are not actively looking for a move, and that it has helped tech start-ups scale internationally.

Findrs was founded by Chris Booth, who is its CEO and began working in recruitment a decade ago. The company says it takes no niche market approach and instead runs dedicated searches with full transparency on every assignment. It describes itself as a small team.
