Finders Keepers Recruitment is a London-based agency that recruits support workers for complex care. It matches experienced support workers with case managers, deputies and families who need complex care, and works across the UK.

It screens, matches and places support workers in complex care packages, from waking nights through to full-time live-in. The shift patterns it covers include waking nights, sleeping nights, days, weekends, school holidays and full-time work, and it can arrange the enhanced DBS check on a candidate's behalf. For candidates, it offers roles from bank hours through to full-time. It says it has recruited for the complex care sector for many years.

The agency was founded by Amanda Shons and Lara Crombie, who are both directors. Shons founded it after years working directly in complex care. It describes itself as a small team where clients deal with the same people from first call to placement.
