Fincroft

Fincroft is a recruitment firm based in London. It covers technology, transformation, cyber security, data, risk and compliance, finance, leadership, and HR and recruitment roles. It says its mission is to connect IT talent with organisations.

It offers permanent recruitment, flexible contract staffing, and outsourced recruitment services including RPO and MSP. It also works with senior professionals, and says its leadership team has over 20 years of experience and long-term relationships in that market.

Its process starts with a role briefing and a search for both active and passive candidates, followed by interview and offer management. It aims to present at least three candidates per requirement, who are technically tested if required and referenced, and it meets candidates within their first four weeks in a new role.
