Financial Talent Group (FTG) is a women-owned staffing firm based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It recruits for accounting, finance, banking, human resources and C-suite roles, and places professionals across the Front Range, naming Colorado Springs, Pueblo and Denver as its markets.

After decades in executive recruiting, founder Melissa Scruggs set the firm up as an alternative to the traditional, transactional placement model.
