Finance Recruitment is a Swedish recruitment and staffing company specialising in finance, banking and accounting roles. It works in Stockholm and Gothenburg and was founded in 2014, when four recruitment consultants joined forces. Eoin Laird is its chief executive, founder and partner.

The company recruits managers and specialists in finance and accounting, from CFOs and heads of accounting to controllers and group accounting staff. It also supplies interim consultants in finance and accounting, and recruits for banking and finance functions such as investment banking, private equity, M&A and strategy. In 2025 it opened an office in Gothenburg and launched a business area for risk, legal and compliance.

Finance Recruitment says it has more than ten years of experience and has made over 2,200 placements across finance, banking and accounting.
