FILRO Global Hiring

FILRO Global Hiring is a recruitment firm that places internationally trained nurses and other healthcare professionals with healthcare facilities in the United States on a direct-hire basis. It works with employers facing a shortage of qualified staff, and it also takes sign-ups from international healthcare professionals seeking US jobs.

Its services include direct-hire recruitment, a service called Filro Fastrack, turnkey recruitment and permanent residency assistance for the people it places. It says Filro Fastrack can onboard international nurses in less than 1 year. The company requires each nurse to pass an English proficiency test and says it helps with each nurse's cultural transition to the workforce. It has run an international nurse recruitment programme with Reformed Church Home.

FILRO was founded by a first-generation American and the daughter of an immigrant nurse, and Iris Sagrado is named as CEO and founder. The company is based in Naperville, Illinois, and has teams in the United States, the Philippines and Australia.
