Fields & Rudd

Fields & Rudd is a recruitment agency specialising in automotive engineering recruitment and executive search across Europe and beyond. It was founded by Daniel Fields and Jamie Rudd, who are directors, and Edward Amery is a director and executive search manager.

Its work is organised around autonomous driving, e-mobility, connected car and full vehicle engineering, with executive search as a further service. Roles it recruits for include research and development, software and hardware, systems engineering and architecture, cyber security, functional safety, manufacturing, production, logistics, supply chain, plant management, sales and marketing, and key account management. For autonomous driving it recruits permanent staff in Germany, the rest of Europe, the United States and Asia.

The company has a footprint in the UK, Germany and the United States, with offices in London, Stuttgart, Munich, Frankfurt and Düsseldorf. It reports more than 300 automotive placements worldwide, more than 40 automotive clients and operations in eight countries.
