Field of Talent provides recruitment under a model it calls Recruitment as a Service (RaaS), in which clients pay a monthly subscription for direct-hire recruiting rather than a fee per placement. It says the model suits mid-market and high-growth companies, and covers high-volume entry-level hiring as well as professional roles up to VP level.

Clients buy talent channels, which are distinct job types defined by title, level and location, and can scale up or down every 30 days. Packages range from one recruiter and one sourcer working a priority search plus a pipeline build, to an embedded Agile Talent Team covering seven to ten channels. Higher tiers add market mapping, employer value proposition analysis and executive search support. The service combines AI-assisted applicant screening with a recruiter in the loop.

The company also offers Bench Builder, a pipelining service for employers that are not currently hiring, and 90-day trials. It is based in Frankton, Indiana.
