Fidarsi

Fidarsi is an executive search firm based in London. Its name is Italian for trust. It offers bespoke search, in which consultants work with the client from the first discussion through sourcing, candidate screening and offers, and proactive hiring, which approaches passive candidates, including for roles that do not yet exist. Clients follow progress through a live dashboard and weekly steering meetings.

The firm serves investment management, fintech, private equity and real estate, and banking.
