FGS Recruitment

FGS Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Canterbury, Kent, that works in three specialist areas: Digital Media, Learning and Development, and Business Information. It was founded in 2008 by Michelle Smith, who had about 15 years of recruitment experience, together with co-founder Billy Smith, who handles management duties. It recruits on both permanent and contract bases.

The Digital Media division recruits for digital sales positions from executive to director level, covering account management, business development and agency sales. The Learning and Development division fills roles across eLearning, learning technologies and classroom based learning. The Business Information division places sales professionals with market research companies, drawing on experience in the data and analytics market.

It works with clients across the UK and further afield, including Germany and New York, and also recruits for roles in London.
