Featherstone

Featherstone is a recruitment firm based in Dublin, Ireland, that sources and fills multilingual sales roles for SaaS companies around the world. It was founded by a BI analyst and a tech recruiter, and says it works through data-driven action, honest communication and a global network.

Its services include sourcing as a service, in which a dedicated team of recruitment specialists finds and engages candidates and supports the process from initial screening to final placement. It also provides virtual staffing, supplying virtual assistants and sales professionals to businesses ranging from small startups to established enterprises.

Through the Featherstone Project, the firm offers its services free of charge to charitable organisations. It has filled roles at Migraine Ireland under this work, and it also offers speaking engagements.
