Fast Force is a New Zealand-owned and operated recruitment agency with offices in Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Auckland. It places candidates with employers in temporary and permanent positions.

The agency recruits for construction and trades, warehousing and distribution, farming, relief driving and healthcare. In trades it supplies candidates ranging from qualified painters and drainlayers to general labourers. In warehousing it fills roles from pick packers to Class 5 drivers, and its relief driver service covers Class 1, 2, 4 and 5 drivers for short and long term assignments. Farming roles include dairy farm workers, harvesters, farm hands and machine operators. In healthcare it has registered nurses and caregivers for short and long term care.

The company says it began out of a desire to contribute to New Zealand's growing workforce.
