Farrell Associates is a Certified B Corp executive search firm for ESG and sustainability leadership. It works mainly on permanent searches, with interim assignments on request, and has placed people in sustainable finance and corporate sustainability since 2010 across the UK, US and Europe. Neil Farrell founded the firm and leads its executive and permanent search, and Becky Jenkins is Finance and Operations Director. It describes itself as a two-person firm.

The firm places heads of sustainability and ESG, responsible investment and stewardship leads, sustainable finance and impact investment professionals, and commercial and product staff who sell and build ESG data. It also runs chief executive and C-level searches for specialist firms and non-profits. Its clients include asset managers and asset owners, ESG data and stewardship technology businesses, impact and development finance institutions, corporates, private equity portfolio companies and non-profits.

Every search starts with a forty-five minute briefing with the hiring manager, followed by direct approaches to people who are not looking. The firm says it sends a shortlist within one to two weeks. It reports more than 200 placements since 2010 and a network of over 34,000 people.
