F&L Search

F&L Search is an executive search firm that works across capital markets globally, with a particular focus on the equities and multi-asset space. It was founded in 2015 by Rob Farenden, who is its company director.

The firm works with buy-side institutions and a range of their vendors, and serves a select group of clients. It operates globally, with a focus on Europe and the US. It says it set out to react to market shifts caused by factors such as regulatory changes, including MiFID II.

Farenden works across the investment management space in Europe and the US, with a focus on macro, multi-asset and equities. He started in technical sales before moving into headhunting. The firm is based in London.
