Its clients range from ferry operators and cruise lines to LNG owners, ship managers and offshore contractors.
On the maritime side it recruits superintendents, fleet and vessel managers, HSEQ staff, newbuild and dry dock project managers, commercial teams and directors, up to C-suite level. On the subsea side it fills project and operations manager roles, and recruits cable, pipeline and installation engineers and offshore construction leads.
The company is based in Scotland and works as a small remote team. It says it usually provides a shortlist of three to five people within a week. It reports more than 23,000 maritime and subsea professionals on its database, placements in 15 countries across 5 continents, and that 87% of its clients come back to hire again. Gordon Rennie also hosts the Port to Port podcast.
