Express Staffing Consultants

Express Staffing Consultants is a recruitment business based in Melbourne, Australia. It was founded in 2018 with the aim of providing recruitment service without high fees. It works with employers looking for staff and with jobseekers, and says it can provide solutions nationally. The team reports a combined experience of over 40 years in the recruitment industry.

The company says it works in targeted sectors through specialist consultants, and describes itself as an HR solutions and talent acquisition partner. It screens and meets every staff member before placing them at a client's site. For candidates, it says it supports them throughout their career lifecycle rather than only helping them find a single job.

The executive director and founder is Chrishani Jansen, who has over 10 years of recruitment experience across FMCG, manufacturing and business support. The office is in Mulgrave, Victoria.
