Expedient Recruitment

Expedient Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Coventry. It supplies temporary and permanent staff in the West Midlands area, with a focus on the warehousing, manufacturing, industrial and logistics industries. It also names commercial work as a specialism.

The company was established in 2008 to provide a local recruitment service. It says it takes time to understand a client's business and workplace culture so that it can match the right candidates to the role. It describes its approach as "The Expedient Way", which it says aims to change how people see using a recruitment agency and to make recruitment easier for both clients and candidates. Its office is in the Earlsdon area of Coventry.
