Executivesurf

Executivesurf is a virtual headhunting firm that carries out executive search for clients around the world. It says it has been delivering talent solutions for over 20 years. Its multinational team recruits across borders and approaches professionals in their own language, in markets such as Germany and Japan.

The firm was founded in Milan, Italy, in 2002, and moved its research hub and group headquarters to London in 2004. In 2014 it had 12 offices and three research delivery hubs, then closed its offices to become a virtual firm. It reports a team of researchers from more than 20 countries as of 2020.

Clients can commission a full search or use Talent as a Service, a billing model launched in 2021 that links fees to the long-term tenure of placed candidates. The company says it works with purpose-driven clients and presents itself as a B Corp. Rod Bailey is Chief Visionary Officer and Florin Paduraru is Operations Director.
