Executives IQ

Executives IQ is a boutique executive search firm that focuses on technology executives. It recruits for C-Suite, Vice President, Director and management level technology roles, and says it has worked in the technology executive market for more than 20 years.

Its services are executive search, executive consulting, in which it sources executive level advisors to mentor individuals and teams on a part-time basis, and interim search to fill temporary gaps in executive teams. Its clients come from sectors including software, ed tech, travel tech, ecommerce, fintech and banking, health tech, energy and clean tech, and government. Each search follows a six-step process that runs from client discovery and research through candidate evaluation, interviews with background checks, and compensation negotiation.

The firm is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Feras Elkhalil and Martin Perko are its managing partners. It belongs to a group of companies that also offers technology staffing from mid-level to C-Suite and customised technology solutions.
