excellent recruitment

excellent recruitment is a London-based agency that recruits crew for the cruise industry. It says it has been providing career opportunities since 2000. It is a trading name of The Agency Excellent Entertainment Ltd, and Marc Sorrentino is its Managing Director.

The company fills shipboard roles including entertainment, youth activities, technical theatre, guest services, photography, retail and selected hotel operations positions, depending on current vacancies. It describes itself as an official hiring partner for Disney Cruise Line and says it is the exclusive or preferred staffing partner for its cruise industry clients.

It works mainly with candidates from the UK and Europe but also accepts applications from qualified and experienced people elsewhere in the world. It helps applicants understand roles, prepare for interviews and complete pre-employment documentation, and supports them through onboarding. It operates within MLC2006 guidelines and says it charges applicants no fees for seagoing crew roles.
