Excel Healthcare

Excel Healthcare is a recruitment agency established in 2002 that places staff across the healthcare sector in Ireland and Northern Ireland. It fills roles from catering, cleaning and administration to doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacy staff, social workers, social care staff and allied health professionals, and it says it recruits across 75 or more disciplines.

It supplies hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare facilities on a permanent and temporary basis, and also offers contract placements and training services. It is an approved vendor of the HSE and the public sector. Some of its consultants have worked in the healthcare sector themselves.

Excel Healthcare has offices in Dublin, Belfast, Galway, Naas and Cork, and says it can recruit across all 32 counties of the island of Ireland. It reports more than 100 internal employees, more than 40 recruitment consultants, more than 4,000 clients and more than 20,000 healthcare candidates.
