Evolve Recruitment is a recruitment firm based in Auckland, New Zealand, that supplies talent in technology, project services, and accounting and finance. It offers contract resource, delivery of project teams, contingent and permanent placements, and retained search assignments. It says it works with a select number of clients and that its team has over five decades of combined industry experience.

Technology roles include software development, data and AI, cyber security, cloud and DevOps, infrastructure and networking, testing and architecture, up to senior leadership such as CTO and director of software. Project work covers business analysts, project and programme managers and coordinators, change management and transformation directors. In finance, it recruits CFOs, finance directors, financial controllers, FP&A and treasury heads, accountants and analysts.

The firm is led by Managing Director Laura Douglas, with Steven Langerak as director and cofounder. Langerak also co-founded the accounting and finance agency Consult Recruitment in 2008.
