Evenire Consulting is a headhunting consultancy that trades under the line Headhunters with Passion and Speed. It works with two audiences: employers with vacancies to fill, for whom it says it already knows the top candidate, and candidates looking for a new challenge, for whom it says it has the dream job. Speed is the firm's central promise. It states that time is its currency and that a long winded briefing is not needed, because it only requires the client's core statement of the requirement and takes care of the rest, working towards the goal together in five days.

The consultancy names four fields of specialisation on its homepage: healthcare, beauty, IT and engineering. Its Leistungsspektrum section sets out the service range within those fields, and separate sections address companies and candidates directly.

Evenire Consulting invites prospective clients to judge it on its Referenzen, the client references published on its own site, and gives an Über uns section and a page devoted to the owner for employers who want to know who they are dealing with before starting a search. It also advertises internal careers, so candidates can join the consultancy itself rather than only be placed by it. The proposition put to employers is straightforward: a short briefing, a specialist focus in one of four named fields, and a fast route to a shortlist, with contact made through the site's own contact route.
