EUROWORKS e. K. is an executive and management consulting practice that brings executives and companies together discreetly and professionally, and has done so for more than 25 years. It was founded in 2000 by owner Peter H. Scherf, who brings more than 28 years of experience in executive search and placement consulting and in executive coaching, with the vision of accompanying leaders and companies on their way to one another, nationally and internationally. The team numbers 15 people including external specialists, who are integrated flexibly into projects according to the specific requirements and the project volume. For companies the practice offers executive search for C-level positions, international sourcing and search, professional aptitude diagnostics and onboarding support. For executives it offers career and strategy consulting, professional career hunting, CV and media coaching, and social media coaching, under the banner Career Hunting for Leaders.

The firm works at the top of organisations rather than in one industry, placing top managers and specialists in board level and managing director roles. Its published example describes a CFO from the automotive industry who wanted to move into a CEO position and who was placed within eight months as CEO of an international technology company, with a span of 750 employees, revenue of 850 million euros and a package increased by 45 per cent. Its record is given as more than 850 successful placements, more than 650 coached executives, and success rates of around 99 per cent for companies and around 88 per cent for executives.

EUROWORKS began with a focus on headhunting and later executive search, extended its portfolio in 2005 to executive placement programmes with coaching modules, widened its geographic focus in 2010 to Europe, the United States, Asia and the Middle East, and developed further consulting and coaching products for executives in 2020. Clients are offered ethics, antifragility and long term responsibility as the principles guiding the work.
