ETS Recruit is a healthcare recruitment firm based in Roanoke, Virginia. It says it has spent more than two decades finding specialised, executive-level healthcare professionals for hundreds of independent practices, and that more than 90% of its placements are doctors.

The firm works through groups of recruiters who each focus on a medical specialty and a geography. It began in dental recruitment and has expanded to optometry, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, otolaryngology/ENT, family medicine and practice management. It works with practices across the US.

Mark Kennedy is president, owner and managing director. Account executives at the firm work on commission and run their own recruiting practices within the company.
