Its staffing services cover blue and white-collar roles for construction, civil, manufacturing and warehousing clients, on temporary, casual or permanent terms. Roles include qualified tradespeople, general labourers and site support staff, production line and equipment workers, and warehouse personnel for inventory management, packing and logistics. It says its entire workforce consists of direct employees paid above-award wages.

It has offices in Alexandria, Sydney, and Williams Landing, Melbourne. Its traffic management division, ETM Traffic, provides traffic control plans and permits, traffic and pedestrian management, and equipment and vehicle hire, and the company says it runs over 45 geo-tracked vehicles. It reports over a decade of experience, holds ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 accreditation, and says its partners include governments, developers, civil organisations and residential builders.
